Dr Deepti Rampal
Dr Deepti Rampal is an experienced obstetrician & gynaecologist who provides a full rage of women’s health services. With a passion for Paediatric and Adolescent Gynaecology, Dr Rampal is based at the Peninsula Private Hospital with access to Frankston Hospital.

Dr Sanyogita Tara has extensive experience in obstetrics & gynaecology. Dr Tara has previously held senior positions within Eastern Health (Box Hill Hospital and William Angliss Hospital).

Dr Efe Obudu
Dr Efe Obudu is a highly experienced, caring and compassionate doctor, who brings a wealth of experience from some of the world’s best hospitals to Frankston.
Being based on the Mornington Peninsula since 2016, Dr Obudu has been a senior member of the Women’s Health team at Peninsula Health (Frankston Hospital) for many years. Throughout 2020, Dr Obudu was the Acting Clinical Director of the Women’s Health Unit at Peninsula Health. Dr Obudu is now available for private gynaecology appointments.

Dr David Luiz
In July 2021, after 34 years of specialised practice in obstetrics and gynaecology, Dr David Luiz decided to retire.
Dr Luiz’s positive impact on women’s health across the Mornington Peninsula will continue to be felt for many years to come. His warmth and compassion for his patients will be greatly missed by all, as will his extensive experience and in women’s health. Dr Melwyn D’Mello
After many years of service to the Mornington Peninsula community, Dr Melwyn D’Mello took an extended break from his obstetrics & gynaecology practice in July 2022. In March 2023, Dr D’Mello has retired from private practice. We wish Dr D’Mello and his family all the best in the next chapter of their lives.
